Through a new program, Mr. Christopher Zember, Director DoD Information Analysis Centers, has assigned USNORTHCOM an IAC Field Rep (FR). Currently, there are other FRs at SOCOM, CENTCOM, STRATCOM and PACOM, with plans to assign one to EUCOM in the near future. The IACs establish and maintain comprehensive knowledge bases that include historical, technical, scientific and other data and information collected worldwide and maintained at the three Basic Centers of Operation (BCOs); Cyber Security & Information Systems Information Analysis Center (CSIAC), Defense Systems Information Analysis Center (DSIAC) and Homeland Defense & Security Information Analysis Center (HDIAC). The IAC program is composed of nearly 7,000 scientists and engineers worldwide. The IACs currently provide support to nine Combatant Commands with five of them having Field Reps currently imbedded in their commands.

Naval Flight Officer, primary platform P-3’s, various duties to include Executive and Commanding Officer of an aviation squadron, Commanding Officer of a JTF and Joint Test Director among others. Retired in Oct 2012. Last few years on Active duty, responsible for providing non-materiel solutions on various issues by executing a test and evaluation to enhance exisiting processes or insert one where there is none. Over that period, the variety of tests involved maritime homeland defense, maritime domain awareness, missile defense, undersea cable infrastructure vulnerabilities and communications, command and control and unmanned aerial surviellance.
